How do I apply?

The first step is to submit a completed application form—either by mail or in person.  You can request an application from the management office at the building or buildings you are interested in or you can contact our main office at 401-739-0100.  You can also request an application form on line at www.phoenix-ri.com/contact-us

You are welcome to make an appointment to visit any of our locations to meet with the property manager and discuss the selection process, program regulations, or any other topics that may concern you.

Remember, waiting lists can be long, so feel free to apply to all the properties you are interested in.  This will increase your chances of finding an apartment as soon as possible.
